gcc memory leak

The attached testcase makes gcc wreak havoc. (Swallows more RAM than I have.) I am aware that it should not compile, but it certainly should exit and not try eating memory. (See the four required conditions in the file.) SUSE 10.0 RC4 -- gcc-4.0.2_20050901-3

This is fixed on the 4.0 branch.
Will be fixed in STABLE only.
