m4 says something of underquoted definition of (that's usually when running
configure). Fix attached.

These files belong to the flac package (which you could have found out by using pin), therefore assigning to flac maintainer.

No, the m4 files in flac package are all correct.

I don't see any package name in the original post, but it must have its own m4 files.

Takashi, if you look at the attachment, you'll see that the it changes 
aclocal/libFLAC++.m4, aclocal/libFLAC.m4 and aclocal/libOggFLAC++.m4 which are all part of the flac-devel package and you're the maintainer.

If you believe flac-devel to be OK, close this bug.

Yes, as written, flac package itself is OK.
