Description Beau Steward 2005-10-01 16:14:22 UTC
I'm using a HP Pavilion ze2000z (ze2200 CTO) laptop with an AMD Turion64
processor. Mainboard is ATI RADEON XPRESS 200M, and sound device is ATI
Technologies Inc IXP SB400 AC'97.

When using "toggle" to toggle a simple control via amixer, it gives an error,
but appears to function correctly otherwise. For example, when I toggle
'Master', it gives me the following, but still toggles 'Master':

linux:~ # amixer set 'Master' toggle
amixer: Unknown capture setup 'toggle'..

This appears to happen only on my SuSE 10 installations, including my vmware
installation. The above hardware is mentioned as it is my primary computer.

It's a bug of amixer.

This should have been fixed in the latest version.
