Description atha v. 2005-10-03 18:42:28 UTC
I had, only for 2 Days this Mainboard and testet it as far as I could.

I foundan big error:

when the kernel find a wrong Driver, it uses it, dosen't matter, what you do.
I find out, that if you use the generic-ide.ko, everything is alright (without
any special boot options or ACPI options but it works. After the reboot,
nothing happens after Grub. Because it loads the wrong driver (even when I
choose another driver in the first yast Sequence).

I tryed to load some other driver with grub but I failed (Maybe this Help how
you can choose other driver than the default, can gat into the Grub help)

Reopen for 10.1 if the bug still exists.
