My profiles email address is not in sync between bugzilla and idp-portal.  idp-portal has the correct email address but bugzilla are still using my old address

Are you aware of https://forums.opensuse.org/t/how-to-change-e-mail-address-on-opensuse-bugzilla/154012/4? Regardless, this should be synchronized - just consider it an FR rather than a BR.
