When refreshing the repo the below error is shown:

Cannot access installation media 
http://ftp.w1nr.net/opensuse/repositories/hamradio/openSUSE_Tumbleweed/
 (Medium 1).
Check whether the server is accessible.


File './repodata/60944b7511e9f55159f3b31294e6927e705d38237084409ea86d7faa7126cd3a-primary.xml.gz' not found on medium 'http://ftp.w1nr.net/opensuse/repositories/hamradio/openSUSE_Tumbleweed/'

Browsing the repo shows the normal expected file structure but the file expected is missing.

Try "zypper ref -f".
Switch to the mirrorbrain redirector on download.opensuse.org to work around individual files issue on individual mirrors.
