Description Jens Benecke 2005-10-06 11:01:28 UTC
Hello,

on some machines I've updated to 10.0rc1 (via YaST System Upgrade and
appropriate YaST FTP sources) I cannot convince YaST online update to actually
download updates for the 10.0 series. On other machines, it worked from the
start (I got updates for 10.0 (rc1?)).

I have grepped the /etc directory and searched /var/lib/YaST2 and have found
no configuration file where the version for YOU is stored. I suppose some file
or configuration did not get upgraded properly. I could edit those manually if
I knew where to look ...

I am using the following YaST package versions:

Sorry, but you cannot update to a different product with this icon. You need to
boot from the installation medium and perform the upgrade then. See bug #116339.
