Downloaded data exceeded the expected filesize '16.3 KiB' of 'http://mirrorcache-au.opensuse.org/tumbleweed/repo/oss/noarch/NetworkManager-branding-openSUSE-42.1-5.9.noarch.rpm'. 

The above error has comde up twice on attempted updates both through the system software updates or through Discover.
If you ignore this and repeat it will eventually update correctly.

Mirror issue. Nothing we can do on the client side.
