passphrase dialog after setting a passphrase using PT layout

Upon being presented with the dialog to "Enter passphrase for <VOLUMES>" we get no indication about the active keyboard layout.

This is somehow problematic because one would expect to have the same layout used to set the passphrase in the first place.S

Noticed there's some changes on this flow.
I do get the passphrase prompt twice. The second time it takes in consideration my keyboard layout.
