detail update logs

## Bug description:

Install leap15.5 and do software update, I can see error at https://openqa.opensuse.org/tests/3341161#step/updates_packagekit_kde/27 [please refer to attached picture as well]

##Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. install leap 15.5 kde mode
2. Add some updates repos
INCIDENTNR=17937,17938,17943,17944	http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/openSUSE:/Maintenance:/@INCIDENTNR@/openSUSE_Backports_SLE-15-SP5_Update/
3. do software updates
4. I can hit the issue, and I can get the below error messages in serial console as well:

## Test suite description
TIMEOUT_SCALE property is added to avoid sporadic shutdown fails in kde@USBboot_64 scenario.
