During upgrade of Leap-15.4 to Leap-15.5 it seem there is the complete missing of the samba-ad-dc package.
I didn't find any documentation about and in the obs repository it seem the 15.5 versione of Leap is considered 1500 internal versione so the samba package is built without_dc (%with_dc=0)

samba-ad-dc was removed from SLE 15 SP5 on purpose. There are builds available here: https://build.opensuse.org/project/show/network:samba:ADDC#tab-pane-inherited-packages
