Hallo
Arduino package requires crossavr-gcc11 which in turn requires 
libstdc++6-devel-gcc11.
but this is no longer offered in the oss repository.
further, why is Arduino still in version 1.8.x

Problem: nichts stellt 'libstdc++6-devel-gcc11' bereit, das vom zu installierenden cross-avr-gcc11-11.3.1+git2076-156.21.x86_64 benötigt wird
 Lösung 1: Installation eines auflösbaren Elements, das arduino bereitstellt, nicht anfordern
 Lösung 2: cross-avr-gcc11-11.3.1+git2076-156.21.x86_64 durch Ignorieren einiger Abhängigkeiten brechen
