error 403 using speedtest-cli

Applies to 15.4, 15.5 and TW 20230613 on two different PCs here.

This apparently comes and goes. Today was the second day observed here. Already, for now, it's working again.

Server giving you 403 error is not a package bug, but speedtest issue. I hope you dont report each 403 error you get as firefox bug or curl bug or wget bug ...
