If I try to add this URL:
https://gitlab.com/m2crypto/m2crypto/-/issues/336
to a bug's URL, I get:
> ... is not a valid URL to a bug. See Also URLs should point to one of:

> ...

Provided we allow github, we should likely allow gitlab too.
