[Build 20230627-1] sap-installation-wizard update is trying to install file as sapconf but with different content

Hello, There is a failure in aggregate test Build20230627-1. Package 'sap-installation-wizard' from MU S:M:28881:302317 is trying to install the same file as 'sapconf' update but with different content which cause conflict. You can see the error message below. The issue is still present in Build20230702-1 aggregate tests.
