Bugzilla – Bug 1212840
colord-gtk segfault when turning monitors on again
Last modified: 2023-12-04 15:02:01 UTC
(tracking only, issue identified and fixed in upstream bug tracker) upstream tracker link: https://github.com/hughsie/colord-gtk/issues/22 On a system with two DisplayPort attached monitors, turning them off and on again results in a reproducible crash of darktable application. The segfault is caused by a bug in colord-gtk which has been fixed in upstream by commit 8a395709fa0c9: https://github.com/hughsie/colord-gtk/commit/8a395709fa0c9 Going to submit a SR today.

Created OBS SR 1095919 for GNOME:Factory/colord-gtk (Factory devel project). The Leap 15.4/15.5 update needs to be submitted via SUSE:SLE-15-SP4:Update and that sould be probably rather handled by package maintainers (the same patch applies to version 0.2.0 which we have in 15.x).
This is an autogenerated message for OBS integration: This bug (1212840) was mentioned in https://build.opensuse.org/request/show/1095980 Factory / colord-gtk
