mariadb ftbs with fmt 10

fmt 10.0 has been submitted for inclusion into Factory.

During the staging process we have observed mariadb failing to build, I'm attaching the full log.

Hello Ana. Have you retriggered the build? If yes, is the same test failing? Mariadb testing suite is known to often fail, unfortunately.

It failed 2-3 times, I don't know if it was the same test.
Anyway, the bigger blocker for fmt 10 is ceph, so this can wait until ceph is ready.

Mariadb now builds against fmt-10, closing.
