As investigated in bsc#1212141, hwinfo --bios will not work in a locked down kernel (which will be enabled by default in tumbleweed) due to /dev/mem being restricted.

That string hard codes a link to bugzilla.suse.com.

Typing bug 1212141 is smarter and easier to type, since it requires no use of shift key. From bugzilla.suse.com the SUSE URI, it links to bugzilla.suse.com, but from bugzilla.opensuse.org, the openSUSE URI, and the TW product, and the baseurl openSUSE users should prefer for product esteem & repute reasons, the link presented is to bugzilla.opensuse.org.
