Audacity timeline is not run smoothly.

Created attachment 868518 [details] Audacity installed in main repository, timeline bar isn't run smoothly. I installed Audacity from Tumbleweed, a rolling release distribution of Linux. However, when I opened the program, I noticed that the timeline bar/seek bar was not running smoothly. It was somehow hanging in there and not advancing during playback. I believe this is a package error, as I do not experience this issue with the AppImage or Flatpak versions of Audacity. I have tried reinstalling Audacity, but the problem persists. I have also tried restarting my computer, but that has not fixed the issue either. I am not sure what else to try, so I am hoping that someone else may be able to help me troubleshoot this problem. After all, thank you for fixing this bug.

I've run audacity version 3.3.3 on Leap:15.5, Tumbleweed and the appimage with the same musical track. I need the project and contents of project and if possible a video of the timeline not running smoothly because I cannot reproduce this problem. The timeline normally doesn't run "smoothly" but it steps evenly in small increments.
