Problem: nothing provides 'librsvg = 2.46.7' needed by the to be installed librsvg-lang-2.46.7-150200.3.9.1.noarch
 Solution 1: Following actions will be done:
  keep obsolete librsvg-lang-2.46.5-lp152.2.6.1.noarch
  keep obsolete librsvg-2-2-2.46.5-lp152.2.6.1.x86_64
 Solution 2: deinstallation of librsvg-lang-2.46.5-lp152.2.6.1.noarch
 Solution 3: break librsvg-lang-2.46.7-150200.3.9.1.noarch by ignoring some of its dependencies

federico, as the librsvg-lang package was dropped, can you add

Provides: librsvg-lang 
Obsoletes: librsvg-lang 

to the SUSE:SLE-15-SP4:Update librsvg   main library package

to get it correctly deinstalled on openSUSE Leap 15.4 migrated systems?
