Latest apache2-mod_perl for Tumbleweed is apache2-mod_perl-2.0.12-1.8 but that still requires perl-5.36.1 while tumbleweed-oss repo has already migrated to perl-5.38.

This has been already addressed in:
* https://build.opensuse.org/request/show/1104178

I'll wait to close the issue for the new packages to be published.
