The package python3-pymediainfo should require package python3-importlib-metadata on package level when installing (with python3.6) because it depends on it.

Currently python3-pymediainfo installs without python3-importlib-metadata and fails afterwards when using it.

The issue applies to all versions prior 15.5 with python3.6

https://build.opensuse.org/request/show/1105891, going via Factory (the package version didn't change between 15.5 and Factory). Do you want me to add the dependency also in 15.4 without the version change?
