Buffer Overflow vulnerability in WritePCXImage function in pcx.c in
GraphicsMagick 1.4 allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service via
converting of crafted image file to pcx format.

I do not see any memory issues in valgrind with the testcase from the upstream report.

There was I believe similar hardening in ImageMagick in the past, fx.:

I propose to unify it across codestreams and use this CVE identifier for that.

Will submit for 15sp2,15,12/ImageMagick.
