The old flac code on SLE12-SP4 and older doesn't use safe_realloc_(), hence this bug isn't triggered.

I'm going to patch SUSE:SLE-15:Update/flac.

I guess the two following codestreams also requires a submission:

- SUSE:ALP:Source:Standard:1.0/flac
- openSUSE:Factory/flac

Those are already v1.4.3 that includes the fix (the bug was old!)
