Bugzilla – Bug 1214650
Packet perl-Domain-PublicSuffix has been removed
Last modified: 2023-08-28 08:18:57 UTC
About a month ago I could download the package perl-Domain-PublicSuffix from https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/server:/mail/15.5/ . It is a noarch package which has not changed in a few years, so I searched it in other repositories also, but I could not find it anymore. It is requirement for the packed opendmarc which can be found in that repository. As a workaround I will build from OBS, but it should be available in this and other repositories.
devel:languages:perl/perl-Domain-PublicSuffix
This packet used to be also in https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/server:/mail/15.5/ . Now, in order to install opendmarc, I have to add not only this repository, but also the one where perl-Domain-PublicSuffix can be found, because packet opemdmarc requires this packet. Isn't time to have opendmarc in the main repository like opendkim and amavisd-new? Obviously with the required perl modules. I am working on an enhancement of the yast2-mail module which makes it possible to configure postfix with SPF, DKIM and DMARC. It also means enhancing the packet postfix.
