Last modified: 2023-10-02 19:59:29 UTC
openQA cockpit test fails to install cockpit-machines in RT images: https://openqa.opensuse.org/tests/3532422#step/cockpit_service/22 https://openqa.opensuse.org/tests/3532423#step/cockpit_service/22 > Problem: the to be installed cockpit-machines-249.1-150500.1.1.noarch requires 'libvirt-daemon-qemu', but this requirement cannot be provided > not installable providers: libvirt-daemon-qemu-9.0.0-150500.6.11.1.x86_64[repo-main] > Solution 1: Following actions will be done: > downgrade of systemd-249.16-150400.8.33.1.x86_64 to systemd-249.16-150400.8.28.3.x86_64 > downgrade of systemd-sysvinit-249.16-150400.8.33.1.x86_64 to systemd-sysvinit-249.16-150400.8.28.3.x86_64 > downgrade of udev-249.16-150400.8.33.1.x86_64 to udev-249.16-150400.8.28.3.x86_64 > Solution 2: do not install cockpit-machines-249.1-150500.1.1.noarch > Solution 3: break cockpit-machines-249.1-150500.1.1.noarch by ignoring some of its dependencies Is this expected? Just as reference, this dependency is satisfied in SLE Micro 5.5 RT image: https://openqa.suse.de/tests/11945727#step/cockpit_service/21
I believe this issue was resolved with backport of last cockpit changes from SLEM.
