Even if the library is installed, it is not detected. All builds well for Leap 15.1.

This is because libmlt header files are placed at /usr/include/mlt-7 instead of /usr/include/mlt.
In addition to it, MLT version 7 related fix and FFMPEG version 5 related fix are added as OBS req#1108546.
