libwebkit2gtk-4_1-0-2.40.5-150400.4.45.3 is available from the "Update repository with updates from SUSE Linux Enterprise 15" and is tagged as a security update, however it can't be installed due to a missing corresponding WebKit2GTK-4.1-lang update.
