Description Carlos Gonzalez 2023-09-05 03:28:19 UTC
Tried with 4 ISOs:
openSUSE NET installer
Proxmox VE
Acronis True Image boot ISO
Slitaz-rolling

With each one, right-click, Mount.

Expected results:
All ISOs being correctly mounted by Dolphin, them appearing in Dolphin's Places panel, i.e., the left vertical panel.

Actual results:
Only the first two worked as expected.
The other two showed *nothing at all* in Dolphin's “Places” left panel after mounting, nothing to click on.
Output of "lsblk" shows there's a new device added, loop0p1, but yet to be manually mounted with mount command, which requires root and totally kills dolphin-plugins package's purpose.

Stuff in common I found between ISOs:
The first 2 ISOs, the working ones, have two partitions as shown by “lsblk” output; probably one partition is the ESP one, but Mount only mounts the data partition by default.
The other 2 ISOs, the non-working ones, only have 1 single partition, the data one.
