## Observation

openQA test in scenario opensuse-Tumbleweed-NET-arm-extra_tests_in_textmode@aarch32 fails in
[aplay](https://openqa.opensuse.org/tests/3559614/modules/aplay/steps/15)

## Test suite description
Maintainer: QE Core

Mainly console extratest.


## Reproducible

Fails since (at least) Build [20230712](https://openqa.opensuse.org/tests/3427053)

There were updates of alsa-* packages to 1.2.10, and this might be a regression there.

I backported the fix patch.
