Dolphin usershares broken out of the box

Dolphin's samba usershares integration does not work out of the box:

```
This folder can't be shared because '/var/lib/samba/usershares' does not exist.
This error is caused by your distribution not setting up Samba sharing properly. You can fix it yourself by creating that folder manually. Then close and re-open this window.
```

This is misleading and users would probably look up the internet for workarounds or hacks (that are likely not even written for openSUSE), when in fact it can be enabled graphically in YaST2 -> Samba Server -> Allow Users to Share their Directories. The error message should be changed to reflect the existence of YaST2 and better yet, add a button to directly open YaST2 Samba Server.
