man rar does not show a man page for rar
man unrar displays a porper man page.

We don't seem to be shipping a rar command in the distribution, which may explain the absence of manpage for it. Provide the "zypper info" output of the command you think is providing the rar command, if any. If this is anything other than openSUSE, the bug is probably not for us.
