Screenshot from options dialog before it crashes

I have created a user-defined dictionary where I would like to add entries to. Now LibreOffice crashes each time, I click on 'Edit' in the 'Options' dialog (see screenshot attached). Sometimes it opens the dialog but then it crashes when adding or editing the entries.

Please let me know, if you need any further info on this.
