Hello I would like to request addition of acs override patch

It's not enabled by default so it doesn't affect users whatsoever but it would be useful to me and maybe some other people rather than going through effort of adding patch myself. Optionally it could be just in like separate kernel flavour

Functionality should be available upstream to be considered for inclusion.

I am afraid that without functionality available upstream, this bug is
going to be closed as .. WONTFIX
