I have just started to prepare a maintenance update for SLE12 and SLE15 with the fix. I am confident that in max 1-2 weeks it will be available.

I don't think this bug is relevant anymore, as the following codestreams are all shipping Vim >= 9.1.0330 as of today:

This CVE is also mentioned on its changelog, so the reference is not missing anywhere.
