Kernel config patch to fix the issue

Hello,

I've found that openSUSE-Tumbleweed-ARM-JeOS-rock64.aarch64-2023.10.11-Snapshot20231013.raw doesn't boot due to kernel update to v6.5.
Issue is that MMC controller is not powered:

[   21.613023] platform ff520000.mmc: deferred probe pending
[   21.613057] platform ff100000.syscon:io-domains: deferred probe pending
[   21.613070] platform ff500000.mmc: deferred probe pending
