I might move back to tumbleweed
For MicroOS installation, you'd need to install additional stuff manually, because the MicroOS installation doesn't take "Recommended" packages intentionally. At least, sof-firmware, alsa-ucm-conf and whatever have to be installed. Try to run zypper inr (or "zypper inr --no-recommends" at first for catching only the hardware supplements).

Hmm the speaker is a bit better than it was during Opensuse tumbleweed. I might as well reinstall it. I notice issues like gnome firefox integration not working. I do not have enough time to debug.
