Hello

python-vobject does not build on Leap 15.6. This should be fixed before Beta (Feb 2023).

Isn’t it just a release management issue? python-PyICU seems to be building for 15.6 just fine in https://build.opensuse.org/package/show/devel:languages:python/python-PyICU.

This should be fixed IMHO.
