With the tumbleweed 20231117 release aws-cli requirements are broken as it wants to have python3-docutils < 0.20 and the current python311-docutils is 0.20.1. 

This makes it aws-cli uninstallable or one needs to break the dependency

Any progress on this as it blocks me to update the system. Obviously I can't uninstall aws-cli as I need it to maintain aws services in the cloud.

In the meantime cloud:tools has the version 1.30.6 can we push this to factory

I'm not sure how it blocks the update of your system? You can just lock the packages in question. I do that all the time.

Amazon hasn't updated their dependencies yet.
