## Observation

oath-toolkit openconnect stoken update https://build.suse.de/request/show/312567 is introducing conflict

File /usr/lib64/libopenconnect.so.5
  from install of
     libopenconnect5-9.12-150400.15.3.1.x86_64 (TEST_1)
  conflicts with file from package
     openconnect-7.08-6.9.1.x86_64 (@System)

i pushed it back to QA with a change that might fix it. please check if its better now.
