Problem: the to be installed python311-numba-0.57.1-3.3.x86_64 requires '(python311-llvmlite >= 0.40 with python311-llvmlite < 0.41)', but this requirement cannot be provided
  deleted providers: python311-llvmlite-0.40.0-1.3.x86_64 llvmlite is now at 0.41.1-1.1 

python311-numba-0.57.1-3.3.x86_64 likely needs to be rebuilt to the later version of python311-llvmlite.

I've just tried and looks like this is solved now. The current version 0.58.1 is rebuilt with the latest version of llvmlite so it's working.
