memtest86+e is inherited from SLE-15:GA and wasn't touched ever since the original release. Interestingly it was not shipped in any SUSE product.

Package is inherited to Leap 15.6 where users noticed that UEFI is supported only in v6 and above. Could we please update it to v6+?
