Bugzilla – Bug 1217418
Okular prints and print-previews unencrypted pdf files as native postscript
Last modified: 2024-01-08 16:52:47 UTC
Looks like this: %!PS-Adobe-3.0 %Produced by poppler pdftops version: 23.01.0 (http://poppler.freedesktop.org) %%Creator: Mozilla Firefox 115.4.0 %%Title: Ökotest.Hafermilch.Nov-2023.pdf %%LanguageLevel: 2 %%DocumentSuppliedResources: (atend) %%DocumentMedia: A4 595 842 0 () () %%BoundingBox: 0 0 595 842 %%Pages: 11 %%EndComments %%BeginDefaults %%PageMedia: A4 %%EndDefaults %%BeginProlog ..... How to resolve this? The configuration menu of the pdf plugin asks for a "NSS Certificate DB" which I never entered and insofar do not know. So I cannot see/change any setting. If I cancel the password prompt Okular crashes: KCrash: Application 'okular' crashing... KCrash: Attempting to start /usr/lib/drkonqi The password reset using certutil is successful. Nevertheless no access to the pdf module settings. /usr/bin/certutil -d $HOME/.pki/nssdb -N --empty-password
Dare to reassign as coldpool does not maintain okular in any supported code stream anymore. Luca, may I ask you to handle or hand over to appropriate person?
(In reply to Petr Gajdos from comment #1) > > Luca, may I ask you to handle or hand over to appropriate person? The product and hardware values mismatch, is it a SLED or Leap issue?
It's a Leap 15.5 issue
