A new test has been armed to ensure the partitioning is done right on MicroOS

This was accompanied by an SR to actually fix MicroOS - which has worked in most cases, but fails in the scenario
openQA test in scenario microos-Tumbleweed-MicroOS-Image-sdboot-x86_64-microos-wizard@uefi fails in

## Test suite description
Like MicroOS, but use neither combustion nor ignition for the intial configuration, so jeos-firstboot runs.
