## Observation

tvmc fails to compile the model.
Verification runs show that this is neither a test- not products-change causing it.

Likely the test is downloading some external data

It was a test bug, not a product bug.
Fixed with https://github.com/os-autoinst/os-autoinst-distri-opensuse/pull/18282
