Crash when disconnecting power while laptop is asleep

When the laptop is put asleep with power connected and power gets disconnected, next time it's woken up the lockscreen crashes, the year of system date is set to 2077 and CPU is locked at around 500Mhz, changing the CPU scheduler via TLP doesn't seem to change anything and only a reboot fixes the issue.
