Recoll is now at 1.36.2-4.1 but kio_recoll still has a dep for the old 1.35 recoll version.

It needs a rebuild to support the latest recoll and both of these packages are on KDE:EXTRA.

Apparently upstream broke the kio_recoll build using a static librecoll in that version. Fixed with https://build.opensuse.org/request/show/1133668
