Installation of openSUSE Tumbleweed (Rolling release) regularly fails when using offline image with the message "cannot access installation media", all software repositories are unaccessible. Only offline installer seems to be broken, while the NET image of same version works as expected. My hardware: Toshiba TECRA A-50E with x86_64 processor.
