Sorry I didn't catch this before. In the PAYG section, it says "PAYG instances include support through the cloud service provider. For some PAYG versions, you can also purchase SUSE Priority Support. "

For the PAYG versions for which Priority Support is available, the instances do not include support from the CSP. Suse is the only support. The way it is worded makes it seem like it's an additional option.
