## Observation

libqt5 has been updated to the latest minor version. This triggers rebulds for all consumers.

a few lxqt packages failed to build though, which in turn makes them uninstallable:

* lxqt-about
* lxqt-config
* lxqt-powermanagement


openQA test in scenario opensuse-Tumbleweed-NET-x86_64-otherDE_lxqt@64bit fails in
[install_otherDE_pattern](https://openqa.opensuse.org/tests/3849217/modules/install_otherDE_pattern/steps/6)
